The solemn opening ceremony of the 43rd Paulista Radiology Day (JPR ), which was held in São Paulo in the first week of May, was enriched by a concert sponsored by the foundation: Ludimilla Bauerfeldt and Jaeyoon Jung, young soprano and tenor of the Course for opera Singers of the Teatro alla Scala Academy. They performed a famous and fascinanting all-Italian opera programme, accompanied by the Orquestra Sinfonica de Heliopolis conducted by Maestro Edilson Ventureli.

Seminar in Rome on the prevention and diagnosis of breast cancer

Bracco Foundation and the University Campus Bio-Medico of Rome organised the seminar “Prevention and Diagnosis of breast cancer: friends of young women,” in order to improve the culture of prevention in such an important area as breast cancer, the most frequent form of cancer among young women in Italy.

Constantine 313 A.D. Exhibition opens with a focus on Helena: Mother, Empress and Saint

The Constantine 313 A.D. exhibition, of which Bracco Foundation is Main Partner, was designed by the Diocesan Museum and staged in the Palazzo Reale. The exhibition celebrates the anniversary of the issuing in 313 DC of the “Edict of Milan” by the Western Roman Emperor Constantine and his counterpart in the East, Licinius. It declared Christianity, after centuries of persecution, legal and so began a period of religious tolerance and great political and cultural innovation.

Press conference: Bracco Foundation and Teatro alla Scala Academy together in a three-year partnership

Bracco Foundation announced at a press conference on December 16, 2011 at 12:00 in Milan, at the headquarters of the Academy School of Ballet, a three-year collaboration with Teatro alla Scala Academy, of which it became main and founding partner to promote the Italian culture in the world, and at the same time, to offer young people the opportunity to develop their talents.
