n the science and culture area, Bracco Foundation pays particular attention to the subjects of diagnosis, prevention, personalised medicine and the study of the interrelations between health and social and cultural problems. The “gender question” is one of its fundamental missions.
On March 8, 2010, Bracco Foundation organised the symposium “Diagnosis and prevention, friends of women”, aimed at promoting among women a greater awareness of healthy lifestyles, correct diet and the use of preventive diagnosis.As a complement to the Symposium and these Documents a DVD entitled “Friendly Image” was also published, produced in collaboration with Prof Giovanni Simonetti, ordinary Prof of radiology at the “Tor Vergata” University in Rome. It was distributed all over Italy in collaboration with the monthly “Donna Moderna”.
