The photographic exhibition “A Life in Sport: The Faces and Achievements of 100 Female Experts”, a brainchild of the Bracco Foundation that is being sponsored by Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, celebrates the contribution of women to the world of sport, promotes gender equality, and counters the stereotypes that continue to restrict the visibility of women.
With the goal of bringing students closer to science through active, accessible, and innovative learning, the international project TIMEPIX@school of the CERN & Society Foundation is being launched in Italy with the support of Fondazione Bracco. The initiative will introduce cutting-edge tools into schools to enhance the teaching and learning of STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

The new edition of “A life in sport. The faces and achievements of 100 female experts” was inaugurated on Wednesday 4 February at Porta Borsari, Verona. The exhibition is a creation of the Bracco Foundation working in partnership with the Municipality of Verona and with the patronage of Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation.

The National Innovation Award (“PNI 2025”) co-organized by the PNICube Network and the University of Ferrara, returns on 4 and 5 December to the Ferrara Expo space, bringing together the best projects from the regional Start Cups. In what is one of the most important start-up competitions in the country, researchers, students, and young innovators from Italian universities compete in four areas: Cleantech & Energy; ICT; Industrial; and Life Sciences–MedTech.
Foundation is to create, promote and propagate expressions of culture, art and science, as a way to improve quality of life and social cohesion. Particular attention is paid to the role of women andthe young in the various aspects of life. A multidisciplinary approach and integration between forms of knowledgeare important qualitative criteria in both the planning and selection of partnerships.
