Lifestyles, health and culture: towards a new welfare

pubblicazioni

Correct lifestyles, culture and the intelligent use of free time have assumed an increasingly important value and role. The perception of one’s well-being depends on a plurality of factors not exclusively related to material elements but rather to aspects linked to lifestyle, the chance for cultural enrichment and the time dedicated to one’s body.

Although research in recent decades have begun to make known the elements that contribute to building the quality of life and their relative weights, still too little has been done to understand the profound impact on individual well-being of correct lifestyles, culture (in the broad sense, including sport), and the search for “beauty” that is not purely aesthetic.

Bracco Foundation investigated the subject in depth with a multidisciplinary approach, inviting some of the leading international experts in the sector.
