The “Renato Ugo” Scholarships were awarded in the course of the 2025 Industrial Innovation Day, the annual event promoted by Airi – the Italian Association for Industrial Research – held at Unioncamere and attended by around 130 experts and representatives from institutions, companies, and research bodies. Promoted and sponsored by Farmindustria, Fondazione Bracco, and Heidelberg Materials Italia, the scholarships went to four young scientists adjudicated to have produced the best theses in STEM fields.

Fondazione Bracco proudly presents the winners of the 6th edition of the Ora di Scienza! Call, an inclusive educational project designed to promote scientific skills and enhance the local school system. The panel of judges appreciated the depth of effort shown by the students and teachers who participated in this latest “Bracco for schools” project.
The photographic exhibition, conceived and created by the Bracco Foundation, highlights female excellence in sport. On show until 2 June 2025, this intriguing visual journey takes place at the Mind Innovation District in Milan.
The conference highlights the work of Domenico Tintoretto, whose painting is featured thanks to Bracco Group in the visitor experience for the entire six months of Expo. This presentation is complemented by the latest findings from diagnostic analyses, promoted by Bracco Foundation, which have unveiled fascinating new insights.
“Progetto-Diventerò mondo,” a youth education and training support project with an international scope was presented on Monday, 14 April 2025 at the prestigious first Conference of Italian Schools Abroad, which took place at the auditorium of MAXXI – The National Museum of 21st Century Arts under the auspices of Office 5 of the Directorate General of Public and Cultural Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On Sunday, 6 April 2025, World Sport Day, the streets of Milan city filled with participants in the Milano Relay Marathon, a major event combining sport with solidarity. The Bracco Foundation’s contribution to the day was to call attention to the crucial issue of support for young women keen to study STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
In view of the 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in Milan-Cortina and coinciding with the month dedicated to women’s rights, on Wednesday 19 February at Palazzo Marino in Milan, the Bracco Foundation, in partnership with the Municipality of Milan, Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 and the International Olympic Committee, presented the results of the first national-level study of the media coverage of the Paris 2024 Games from a gender perspective, which was accompanied by a photographic exhibition featuring women champions and experts from the world of sports.
The exhibition “A Life in Sport: The Faces and Achievements of 100 Female Experts”, brainchilded of the Bracco Foundation with pictures taken by Gerald Bruneau, celebrates the vibrant dedication of 20 Italian women who have made remarkable contributions to the world of sports, all of whom are included in the #100esperte database. Ahead of National Week for STEM disciplines, the exhibit “Life as a scientist” was presented at the Chamber of Deputies, during a conference dedicated to “professions of the future”, hosting leading institutional and scientific figures. The photographic exhibition illuminates the faces and careers of some of Italy’s greatest female scientists.
The youth-oriented ProgettoDiventerò [Project ‘I will become’] is acquiring an international dimension thanks to a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
