Free guided visits to Palazzo Marino: An initiative of the Bracco Foundation and the Municipality of Milan

Palazzo Marino, a historic landmark of immense architectural significance in the heart of the city and seat of the municipal administration, is opening to the public for free guided tours on the first Sunday of every month from 1 March to 6 December 2026 (currently booked out) thanks to an important partnership between the Municipality of Milan and the Bracco Foundation.

Palazzo Marino, the “House of the Milanese” (“Casa dei Milanesi”) has thus joined the list of civic and state museums that participate in the “Sunday at the Museum” initiative of the Ministry of Culture, which offers free admission to residents and tourists alike.

Visitors will be guided through a journey that explores the architectural design, artistic ornamentation, and historical evolution of Palazzo Marino. The tour takes in the most significant rooms of the building, which was originally built as a private residence and now serves as the symbol of Milanese public life.

By supporting projects such as this, the Bracco Foundation has thus renewed its commitment to celebrating and promoting the artistic heritage of Milan. Driven by the belief that knowledge is a vital driver of development, innovation, and collective growth, the Foundation promotes initiatives that strengthen the bond between citizens and institutions, foster an understanding of the city's history and identity, and help build a more informed and cohesive community.
