Privacy information under article 13 of European Regulation n. 679/2016 (“GDPR”)
We inform you that the personal data Controller is the Bracco Foundation, based in via Cino del Duca 8 - 20122 Milan, and all interested parties can refer to it for all information on the handling of their personal data. The data processed are those supplied when registering (name, surname, address), and any other data supplied to the Controller (“Data”).
Processing is exclusively limited to participation in the competition and the carrying out of all activities connected with it, including communication with participants and the publication of the names of the winners on the website and social pages of Bracco Foundation and of the partners mentioned in the notification.
Providing the data is necessary for carrying out the activities relating to the competition. For this reason, under article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the GDPR, it is not necessary to obtain the consent of the interested parties who, in any case, will always be informed about the use of their data and the legal basis for their processing by Bracco Foundation. The data will be processed using suitable electronic or automatic, computer and telematic instruments, or by manual and paper processing so as to guarantee their security and privacy. The data will be processed by authorised internal staff of the Foundation as part of their assigned working responsibilities and, if necessary and/or instrumental for achieving the aims indicated above, by third parties acting for the Foundation, either as autonomous controllers, co-controllers or data processors designated under article 28 of the GDPR (e.g. partners in Foundation initiatives, service providers etc.).
The Data will be preserved for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aims actually pursued and, in any case, respecting the terms allowed by applicable laws and by the principles of minimisation of processing, limitation of preservation and rational management of archives.
Interested parties can at any time exercise the rights recognised to them by articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including access to personal data, rectification, cancellation or limitation of processing that concerns them or opposition to their processing, in addition to the right to portability of the data.
